Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Order Cancellation: Please note, we can NOT refund you if any parts have been ordered. You may request to cancel your order before the parts have been ordered and the assembly of your custom gaming PC has began. If the components have not yet been ordered or assembled, you will receive a refund minus any applicable processing or transaction fees.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Custom Builds: Once your gaming PC components have been ordered or your build has been assembled and tested, we cannot offer a refund.
Software and Licenses: Any purchased software, operating systems, or licenses (e.g., Windows OS, game software) are non-refundable once activated or installed on the system.
Customer-Provided Components: If you have provided your own parts for the build, upgraded any components with your own supplied parts we can not offer you any refunds.
Return Process
If you wish to request a refund or return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at contact@dhx-gaming.co.uk or within 14 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order details, including your order number and a description of the issue.
Ship the gaming PC or parts to us for inspection. We are not liable for shipping costs for returns.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product has been inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs
For Returns: We are not liable for the shipping costs.
For Cancellations: If the cancellation occurs after the parts for your PC have been ordered or assembly has started, we can not refund give any refunds.

Order Processing Times
Once you place an order, our team works hard to assemble and prepare your custom-built gaming PC. Please note that order processing times may vary based on product availability, configuration, and order complexity.
Standard Processing Time: Our typical order processing time is 10 - 14 business days. This allows time for part procurement, building, testing, and quality checks for your custom gaming PC.
Pre-Ordered or Backordered Items: If your order contains items that are out of stock or on backorder, the processing time may be extended. We will notify you immediately if any delays occur.
Custom Build Time: For custom-built PCs, assembly time may vary based on the selected components. You will receive an estimated build time when you place your order.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We aim to provide clear and transparent pricing, and shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Standard Shipping: Shipping fees for standard delivery are calculated based on your location. The cost will be displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (UK Only)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UK and the shipping method you choose. While we strive to meet these delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific dates. Unfortunately we are not liable for any issues caused during the shipping of your order.
